In order to become a licensed real estate sales associate or real estate broker, you must first complete pre-licensing courses approved by OREC.

Within the first year after being issued an Oklahoma real estate license, you are required to complete a 45-clock hour post-license course approved by OREC.

I found the Broker in Charge course easy to navigate and material was to the point.
